Refund policy

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached and in their original condition. Approved returns are issued as Alonza store credit; we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

To start a return, email admin@alonza.com with your name, order number and the item you’d like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending it back.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at admin@alonza.com. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
