Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
All orders are fulfilled from our Distribution Centre in Sydney. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated in to two shipments. If this is the case, you should receive two tracking emails from TOLL or Australia Post. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your tracking number as we make sure your order is packaged perfectly before it leaves our hands.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from Alonza, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.
