Free standard delivery on all orders $350 and over within Australia. All orders under $350 will be charged a flat fee of $10. Australian and International orders ship from our distribution centre in Sydney, Australia. Please take care to ensure your full address is listed to avoid any delays.
Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and affiliated couriers. Once despatched we estimate delivery times of:
- Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days
- Adelaide: 2-4 business days
- Perth, NT & Tasmania: 5-7 business days
- Regional hubs (e.g. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days (Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery)
Please note during sale/promotional periods processing time can take up to 2 business days.
We Ship Internationally Via Australia Post Or Toll
All international shipments are experiencing severe delays due to the impact of COVID-19. Due to an uplift of parcels being shipped internationally, Australia Post are facing a backlog & processing delay. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
- New Zealand: $15 flat rate
- Asia / USA: $25 flat rate
- UK / Europe: $25 flat rate
Once despatched, we estimate delivery times of:
- New Zealand – 3-5 working days (expect delays)
- USA/Canada – 7-12 working days (expect delays)
- UK – 5-7 working days (expect delays)
- Europe – 7-12 working days (expect delays)
- Asia – 4-7 working days (expect delays)

Once your parcel arrives at the destination country, Australia Post will hand over your parcel to the Local Postal Service for delivery. You can track this shipment by using your Aus Post Tracking ID.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Alonza can not predict what these charges may be, we recommend contacting your local customs office to find out the exact details. We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. Alonza holds no responsibility for orders placed with Authority to leave, so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order’s delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
Tracking your order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you.
Tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours after placing your order.
