What is an efficient way for me to shoot raw photos, use Pixelmator Pro, and have lens corrections in my final result? The thought crossed my mind that Pixelmator Pro uses the Apple Core engine and maybe that engine also applies lens corrections??

Purchased Pro and am disappointed it lacks the same tools STD does. I use this for work and it really is disappointing, not to mention frustrating. I would pay a higher price for the pro and have the STD tools included. The reason the option isn’t visible is that we couldn’t make it togglable due to how our tools interact with the native RAW decoding process. Fri Oct 18, pm Awesome! I do use the guides as Andrius suggests. Having corrected the perspective, the objects take on a short and fat stature then you have to stretch and narrow the image.
That is the difficult part. My workflow is duplicate the layer, correct the perspective, reduce the opacity of the top layer I am working on stretch and squeeze the image to match the length and width of some of the objects like people or doors etc. Perhaps there is a better method to the second part that I am missing? Sat Jun 05, pm Hi Helmut. I then use the transform tool to lengthen the image that has been corrected for the vertical perspective to match these guides. Hope I am making sense.
